Take my care here for an oil change all the time and every single time it is quick, thorough and most importantly mind numbingly easy. I love being able to just pull up and hand over my keys and have a coffee. The only thing that made the experience slightly less enjoyable was the fact that they did not have shuttles. They did inform me of several other issues my car needs to have fixed and even provided a report and video which was incredibly helpful for me. It is that thoroughness and efficiency that keeps me coming back pretty consistently and when it’s time to purchase a new vehicle (which is probably soon with the way my dinosaur is going) I’ll definitely be coming here. I always recommend this place to friends and family and I hope they keep it up!

After an unfortunate, not so good experience at another Toyota dealership in the area. I-10 Toyota thanks to Joe Vasquez and the team. I was able to purchase a new truck with much better customer service, terms and rate. So glad I came here for the purchase!

Great and prompt service

We are from out of town, and spend our winters in Palm Desert. We have had servicing, etc done for many years now. All the personnel we’ve dealt with have been very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
