I just purchased a new Rav 4. The experience was very good. Sales manager Shah, gave me price he promised. Rigo the Finance Manager explained the details of signing all the docs, very well. No hidden charges. Andres the salesperson was helpful as well.

Our overall experience at I-10 Toyota was very positive and if we lived closer those folks would see a whole lot more of us. David Mares made us a priority in helping us get the vehicle we needed and Eric (didn't catch his last name) was a master at the technical end of the finance process. These two gentlemen and everone else we had contact with there demonstrated at great business culture.

We were wandering around Toyota parking lot and Joe had taken a notice of us and offered assistance. We told Joe what we were in search of but did not find anything to our liking that day. Joe gave us his contact info and we kept in contact, he updated us with vehicles we were inquiring about and had open communication. Joe did not push, instead he allowed us time to consider our options. He was very personable, he took his time and listened. My mom was able to find the car with Joe’s help. Thank you! Joe what a great asset to this company.
