We were in the market for a Traverse, but none of the Chevrolet dealers had one with the equipment nor the color I wanted. We decided to check out our second choice, a Highlander, so stopped at the I-10 Indio dealership. Our salesperson, Armando, told us they had no Highlanders in stock. But we saw a used Traverse that had exactly what we wanted. We were very fortunate to have Armando help us with our selection. He did not give us a hard sell, just conversed with us in a polite, helpful, low-key manner to get us to the point where we knew that was the car we wanted. All the other personnel we spoke with were very accommodating, especially Eric Salgado in the finance office. We had some follow-up paperwork to take care. Eric was not in the office but there was a designated person who was familiar with what we needed to provide. We appreciated having a knowledgeable person taking care of us so we did not have to wait for Eric to complete our paperwork. We will definitely go to this dealership again when we or any one of our family members or friends is in the market for a car.

Spent 4 hours waiting for service. Safety recall of air bags. And look at tires for slow leak. Found and fixed leak. But advisor took at least 20 minutes to sign me out after conveying work completion.

The team at I-10 Toyota was amazing. We were in need of a new car and they made it very easy. Andres got the ball rolling and he did a fantastic job. Miguel and others pitched in to help finish things up in a timely manner. For buying a car, an overall pretty great experience!
